Our services are tailored to each client’s project requirements. Before work begins, clients receive a proposal or service agreement outlining the scope of work, pricing, timelines, and payment terms.
Please review all project documents carefully before approving and making payment.
Refund Policy
Refund eligibility depends on the stage of the project.
Eligible Refunds
Refunds may be considered if:
- A payment was made in error or duplicated.
- A project is canceled before work has commenced.
- Stonelab Structure LLC is unable to provide the agreed service.
- A refund is required by applicable law.
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
Project Cancellations
Clients may request cancellation before work begins.
If project planning, engineering, consultations, material procurement, or administrative work has already started, a reasonable fee may be deducted to cover completed services and incurred costs.
Once construction or installation has begun, payments made for completed work are generally non-refundable.
Changes to Project Scope
Construction projects often evolve during execution.
If you request changes after project approval, additional costs, revised timelines, or updated agreements may apply. Any modifications will be communicated and approved before proceeding.
Material Orders
Materials that have been:
- Custom fabricated
- Special ordered
- Cut to specification
- Manufactured for a specific project
cannot be returned or refunded once production or procurement has started, unless they are damaged or supplied incorrectly.
Warranty & Defective Work
If you believe completed work contains defects covered under your project warranty, please contact us promptly.
Our team will inspect the issue and, where applicable, repair or correct workmanship covered under the agreed warranty terms.
Normal wear and tear, misuse, unauthorized modifications, or damage caused by third parties are not covered.
